Dear wonderful you, please keep in mind that all pieces who are handmade in small batches, causing some variations in form and that the new product you will be receiving would have unique features.
Please note that all "ready to ship" pieces will be shipped certified and with a tracking number within four business days with Spanish post service, Correos.
Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.
All sales are final. In unlikely case if the piece is damaged during shipping, please don’t throw the package and send us an email with photo of the damaged piece and package within 24 hours upon receiving. We will figure out how we can proceed with the situation together.
